Our digital mailroom can speed up the processing of your daily post. We will arrange for a PO Box number with the Royal Mail (or similar) and open and scan incoming mail for subsequent viewing on line and all within agreed time scales.
If you have a large archive and only need certain documents scanned we can offer scanning on demand. We will scan the backlog either when you make a specific request or gradually over time. This allows us to scan when we have spare capacity giving us both cost savings.
