Our aim is to provide intelligent document management solutions that  encompass all the important issues such as accessibility and space, legal compliance, cost effectiveness and security.

Our bureau service includes: optional on-line retrieval, document collection, paper preparation, scanning,

indexing and if required archiving or destruction of your paper documents. This is a pay-as-you-go service, which means that the costs match the business volumes.

Images can be stored on CD/DVD, loaded into your own document management system or hosted securely

in our on-line digital document repository. If your current scanning system needs fixing, tuning or

upgrading our consultancy services can help.

We are ISO registered and have a high rate of sampling images so you can be sure that the results will be

of the highest quality. We can store images in a number of formats to ensure that your scanned images

will never become obsolete.

Our service locations are already equipped with up to date hardware & software to scan your documents.

They are managed and controlled with our Bureau Management software solutions to provide batch and

job control, audit trails, and work allocation to ensure your paperwork is converted securely and

efficiently.

Each business application will be documented and setup at the appropriate location and a production test

conducted before full production starts. If your application requires data capture we will utilise a

combination of ICR/OCR technology and keyboard data entry to extract the information needed. In a

number of cases clients have combined the use Formscan service locations for the bulk scanning and their own scanning solutions for ad-hoc and departmental documents.

If you are concerned about sensitive documents leaving your premises then our specialist team will bring

our equipment to your premises and scan your documents there. This has proved a popular option for

many of our clients where large volumes of confidential documents, such as personnel files, need

scanning.
