Anacomp Creates New Enterprise Program Management Office

Company Veteran Bill Shute to Ensure the Delivery of Capture, Litigation and BPM Offerings

SAN DIEGO, CA, SEPTEMBER 20, 2007 - Anacomp® Inc., a leading provider of document and business process services and solutions, today announced the creation of a new Enterprise Program Management Office to facilitate and deliver the company's developing strategic initiatives in enterprise capture, litigation management and business process management (BPM).

The new department will be headed by Bill Shute, who has been named Senior Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office, reporting directly to Anacomp's CEO, Howard Dratler. In his new role, Mr. Shute will work cross functionally to ensure the on-time delivery of a robust portfolio of capture, litigation and BPM offerings while concurrently maintaining Anacomp's long-standing commitment to delivering world-class services to its customers and partners. Mr. Shute brings to the new role a long track record of success in sales, marketing and customer-focused delivery services within Anacomp.
