The company was dealing with hundreds of reports, many of them daily or multiple updates of the same report, plus daily, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly reports for more than twenty different organizations within the company - customer service, accounting, payroll, shipping and logistics, plus the toy's distribution dealer network.
docHarbor created a single repository to which all reports were captured and preserved and from where they could be accessed by authorized personnel around the clock using existing office computers and software with secondary backup to CD.
